I would have no hesitation in recommending Prof Ramakrishnan, very thorough consultations prior to surgery which he advised to take due time considering surgery as it was cosmetic and not medically necessary. I was extremely pleased with the outcome of surgery and the aftercare provided was extremely good. I have since recommended a friend and my mother.

I felt I was in professional and safe hands with Professor Ramakrishnan. He was understanding and helpful, I only ever wanted to look natural and he helped with this. He is realistic with the out come, which may dishearten some but I came already having done years of research. I will be returning to him for any further reasons and will be recommending him.

I have been under the care of Professor Ramakrishnan for over 15 years and in my opinion is one of the best in his field. Over this time I have undergone 3 breast procedures, all of which have been meticulously explained to me and have gone perfectly. Each time I have been overwhelmed by his skill, level of care and professionalism. The level of expertise and credibility Professor exudes automatically puts you at ease, and I am always happy to led by his choices and follow his guidance. For anyone looking for a plastic surgeon for a procedure listed as his speciality - do not hesitate to book a consultation. I could not comprehend enlisting the services of another professional within this field. Highly Recommended, as always thank you for everything Professor!

I can't thank Venkat Ramakrishnan enough for his care and expertise over the last 3 years. He is a truly remarkable man. He made a terrible time in my life bearable. He was always available if I needed him. When I was in the Nuffield hospital he was there to check on me everyday. He definitely goes the extra mile and even rang me at home to check on me after one operation. In my eyes he is the best in his field and his caring nature does not compare to anyone else. He has an amazing team. Thank you again for everything that you did for me.

Following a diagnosis of breast cancer a mastectomy was recommended and I opted for immediate reconstruction. My research told me Professor Ramakrishnan was the top of this field for reconstruction and at this worrying time I felt I needed the reassurance of someone I could trust. I was not wrong. I could tell from all the nursing staff that supported him that he was held in very high regard. All his nursing support team and admin staff have been so friendly, professional and reassuring at all times. Meticulous and a perfectionist he carried out the lengthy surgery and aftercare with skill and care. He is dedicated to his work and I understand even offers his expertise to train others abroad. The end result for me included having mastectomy, breast reconstruction, nipple reconstruction and nipple tattooing. My life has been changed from a traumatic time to feeling normal again. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
